How We Use Your Information
We collect personal information to make our Services more rewarding for you to use, including billing, shipping and tracking your orders. We may combine information about you with information from other sources in order to improve the quality of our Services.
We also receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information, which is collected passively using various technologies, and cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. This Site may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site, the number of visitors to each page of our Site, the domain names of our visitors' Internet service providers, and how our users use and interact with the Services. Also, in an ongoing effort to better understand and serve you, we often conduct research on customer demographics, interests and behavior based on the personal and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis. We may share this non-identifiable and aggregate data with affiliates, agents and business partners, but this type of non-identifiable and aggregate information does not identify you personally. We share information about you only as described in this Privacy Policy and with companies within our global group including, but not limited to, our subsidiaries and affiliates. Our group companies follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.
In addition, there are certain circumstances in which we may share your personal information with certain third parties without further notice to you, as set forth below:
- We do not sell any of your personal information to third parties for profit. Like most online businesses, we do share some information with contracted third parties in order to provide better services and advertising to you, and do afford you the option to opt-out of sharing this information.
- We may share information about you with trusted third parties in order to improve your customer experience. These third parties may contact you about products, services or promotions you may be interested in, or to otherwise improve your customer experience with this Site.
- We use session replay technology from time to time, and if used, on a random sampling of Site visitors to automatically collect and analyze information about how visitors interact with our Services using trusted third party service providers who have executed appropriate data processing agreements and have committed to uphold and comply with applicable privacy and security regulations. If you are a part of this random sample of Site visitors, we may share this information about you with our service providers, such as when you visit the Site, how you use the Site, what webpages you visit, time spent on a webpage, what you click on, the links and products viewed and clicked on, what browser you are using when you access the Site, products added to your cart or purchased, and searches made on the Site. - We may share information about you, such as your name, address, email, as well as a record of any transactions you conduct on our website or offline with us via our third-party advertising partners and its service providers, in order to deliver to you relevant banner advertisements and other advertising tailored to your interests when you visit certain websites. Our advertising partners will make the data we provide to it anonymous. Certain transactions that appear to be fraudulent may be blocked from processing through automated decision making. We process this information given our legitimate interest in protecting our Services, to measure the adequate performance of our contract with you, and to comply with applicable laws.
- As we develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses or assets. In the event of a corporate sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, your information may be part of the transferred assets.
- When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property and safety of Lavender Lingerie, its users or the public.

Cookies and Web Beacons
Like most websites, this Site uses cookies, web beacons and other similar technologies to gather user, browser and device information in order to help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of this Site users have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of our Services, advertisements and web searches, and to personalize your experience with our Services. Such information may be collected by or shared with trusted third party service providers who have committed to uphold and comply with applicable privacy and security regulations. To the extent that Internet Protocol (IP) addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information. Similarly, to the extent that non-personal information is combined with personal information, we treat the combined information as personal information. As we develop this Site, we may gather additional information from you through the use of other technologies.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user's computer or device for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies to automatically collect information about how and when you use this Site, read our emails or otherwise engage with our Services by setting and accessing cookies on your computer. These cookies track information such as how often you visit our Site, what pages you view, and where you go after you leave our Site. The cookies may be connected to your personal information. The cookies may also monitor aggregate metrics such as the total number and frequency of visitors so that we may better understand and manage our Site traffic and help diagnose any errors. We recommend that you leave cookies turned on because they allow you to take advantage of some of the Site's features and disabling may cause some features on the Site to operate improperly. You also have the ability to restrict the use of cookies and advertising IDs:
- You can use your browser’s settings to clear, delete or prevent cookies. We cannot control cookies that you have stored on your browser and recommend deleting all current cookies. Instructions for how to do this on different types of browsers can be found here.
- We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to serve and measure advertising. Please go here and here to manage your advertising preferences or opt-out of certain personalized ads and cookies.
- We also use Facebook to help serve and optimize advertising. Please go here to control Facebook’s use of cookies.
- You may also find more information on our use of cookies and how to manage them in your Cookie Settings, located in the footer of this Site.
Your browser settings may allow you to automatically transmit a “Do Not Track” signal to websites that you visit. Please note, however, there is no industry consensus as to what website and app operators should do with regard to these signals. Lavender Lingerie does not monitor or respond to “Do Not Track” browser settings and if used, our Site may continue to collect information in the manner indicated in this Privacy Policy. For more information on “Do Not Track” signals, please visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com. Please be aware that if you disable or remove tracking technologies some parts of the Site may not function correctly.
Web Beacons
Web beacons, or clear gifs, are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user's computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages. Web beacons help us better manage content on our Site by informing us what content is effective. We do not tie the information gathered by web beacons to your personal information.
Opting Out
We may occasionally send you newsletters and emails regarding announcements, special offers, promotions, features and/or product updates. We may also communicate with you on behalf of third parties about special offers, promotions, features and/or product updates we think may be of interest to you, or you may have opted-in to receive newsletters or special promotions from one of our trusted third party providers. If you decide you do not wish to receive these communications, you may opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link or by following the instructions included in the communication. Please note, however, that as a user of the Services, you cannot opt-out of some administrative communications that are reasonably necessary to the Services, such as billing or service notifications.
You may also receive targeted, interest-based advertising that is automated and tailored to your preferences and interests based on your online browsing activities over time and across third-party websites and applications. Your preferences and interests are determined from personal information collected about you, whether by us or other parties. You may receive this advertising when using online services, like advertisements in mobile applications or on websites. You may opt-out of certain targeted, interest-based advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices, https://www.networkadvertising.org/mobile-choice or http://www.aboutads.info/choices. You may also opt-out of receiving some interest-based advertisements on your mobile devices by going here and by managing the settings on your mobile device. Lavender Lingerie is not responsible for the effectiveness of, or compliance with, any third party’s opt-out options.
Please note that when you opt-out of receiving interest-based advertisements, this does not mean you will no longer see online advertisements from us, only that those online advertisements will not be based on your interests. In addition, cookies used on the Site may still collect information for other purposes, including for analytics and fraud prevention.
SMS Messaging
Lavender Lingerie collects various information from and about you when you sign up to receive automated marketing text messages, including information you directly provide when you enroll in its text message marketing program (the “Messaging Service”). For example, we collect the phone number and email address you provided when signing up for the Messaging Service. When you send messages via the Messaging Service, we will also collect your messaging history and any information included in those messages.
We may also collect information about you using cookies or similar technologies. Cookies enable personalization of your experience on the Messaging Service (e.g., sending you personalized text messages such as shopping cart reminders).
If you participate in a contest, sweepstakes, research study, or email survey associated with the Messaging Service, we will collect basic contact information and any other information you choose to provide in connection with these activities. We will also collect your contact information if you contact us with questions about the Messaging Service or for customer service.
We may share, transfer, or disclose your information, if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:
From time to time, we may share aggregate or de-identified information about use of the Messaging Service and such aggregated or de-identified information may be shared with any third party, including advertisers, promotional partners, and sponsors.
We retain your information for as long as you participate in the Messaging Service or as needed to comply with applicable legal obligations. We will also retain and use your information as necessary to resolve disputes, protect us and our customers, and enforce our agreements.
Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt-out of receiving further commercial text messages via the Messaging Service by responding to any of our text messages with any of the following replies: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. For additional opt-out information, please review our Terms of Service.
If you are experiencing any problems with the Messaging Service, you may call us at 1-855-SAVAGE-X or contact us through live chat (available 24/7).

If you continue to visit or use the Site, you may also come across our ads. For more information on opting-out of targeted advertising, please see the Cookies and Opting-Out sections above.
You may also opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information by enabling an Opt-Out Preference Signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), available in certain browsers and extensions. We will treat the GPC browser signal as a valid opt-out request. If you do not have a Savage account or if you are not logged into your Savage account, your request to opt-out via the Global Privacy Control will be linked to your browser identifier only and not linked to any account because your connection between your browser and your account is not known to us. If you would like us to make the connection between your browser and your account, please sign-in to your account and enable the Global Privacy Control. You may need to take this step to opt-out on additional browsers and devices that you use. If you block or clear cookies from your browser, it may remove the Global Privacy Control settings, requiring you to opt-out again.
Please be aware that even after submitting an Opt-Out request, you may still continue to see advertisements regarding our company online or through third parties. If you continue to visit or use the Site, you may also come across our ads. You will no longer receive personalized advertisements, but you may still see generic, non-personalized advertisements, such as those based on the topic and content of a webpage that you visit.

Unless permitted by applicable state law, we will not deny you any goods or services, charge you a different price or rate for goods or services, provide you with a different level or quality of goods or services if you make an access, correction, deletion, or opt-out request. Some of our products and Services, however, may require your personal data. If you choose not to provide your personal data that is necessary for any aspect of our products or Services, you may not be able to use those products or Services.
