I love these shorts. I wish they made the workout pants with this band and with the pocket on the side like the shorts have. The band snatches your waist perfect without making it look like it is working hard to do it. For reference, I'm 173 lbs, 5'8", and got an XL (10-12).
Reviews I've read said size up so I purchased a M and it fits great. I'm 5'7 154lbs with long legs. Will purchased more. Looks good on your butt
