This nightgown is just great. I wasn't sure how I was going to like it as I was afraid it'd be too long but that wasn't a problem at all. The maxi is soft, comfy, lightweight and though it does reach my ankles, there was no excess fabric for me to trip on (yay!). I love the colors together, the red is super rich and goes nicely with the purple. Even with the overlocked stitches, I still think this is a nice quality piece. The stitches are neat and even, and the lace isn't fraying. So far it still looks fabulous post wash (note I do tend to wash my more delicate pieces in mesh laundry bags). As always though, I do hope a full silk option will be available in the future. All in all, I highly recommend. *This product was gifted in exchange for my honest review! I was gifted this maxi slip in exchange for an honest review. After trying the slip on i noticed it was a bit long for me. I'm 5'4 and its dragging on the floor. I also don't the feel of the lace under my armpits. The color is beautiful but I wouldn't wear something like this personally.
