This bra is so fricken comfortable but supportive and holds a bit of shape but not like a pushup. It's super comfortable to wear for running errands or a workout, it'll keep the chest in place if you're doing any HIIT or cardio but isn't so compressing that you can't breathe 10/10 (size 2x)
The fit like a glove and the waist just hugs you. I love Then for hot yoga.
